CY-1ET400A-08 MC is a high-powered eight-channel digital amplifier in our MC Series, capable of driving high performance multi-channel loudspeakers with demanding power requirements in a surrounding system. Powered by 8 pcs of Purifi Audio's 1ET400A modules, this amplifier delivers extraordinary musical performance with its superb detail, resolution and soundstage, as well as ultra-low noise distortion and extremely fast transient response. To get the most out of the 1ET400A's capabilities, our custom-designed buffer board features the cutting-edge Sparkos Labs SS78XX and SS79XX discrete voltage regulators, eliminating any unnecessary noise and interference before the power reaches the Op amps of this buffer board, thus supplying a pure and clean power to the module. In addition to adapting to most of the popular Op amps in the market, it can also be configured with other audiophile-grade Op amps, making the sound richer, denser and more delicate while adding warmth and depth. By using our built-in LPS-AUX08C-3V auxiliary power module, versatile power supply functions are implemented to make this amplifier even more powerful. The main function of this power module is to further improve the efficiency of the buffer board, taking the audio performance of this amplifier to another level. With eight sets of internal power supplies, it independently powers the buffer board of each channel to secure that the Op amps of each channel obtain the most stable current supply. In order to further improve the power quality, each set of power supplies uses a high-grade linear power supply to power the buffer board, which perfectly complements its ultra noise reduction SS78XX/SS79XX voltage regulators, ensuring that the Op amps draw even purer and cleaner power in the entire power chain. In addition, a variety of efficient power management functions are also provided, including the ability to control the power state of the main power supply and support for 12V trigger control switch functions. The main power for these amplifiers in the MC Series are supplied by 4 pcs of our SMPS1500-PFCR4M switching power supplies customized by our engineers for the 1ET400A, providing stable current support for their superior performance.
In the standard configuration of our MC series, each buffer board of this amplifier comes with the very popular TI OPA1612 dual Op amps and all connectors are equipped with our carefully selected high quality components. Benefiting from internal structure of the modular configuration, Op amps can be replaced with TI's higher-grade dual OPA828 Op amps upon customers request. Not just limited to Op amps, customers can also choose to upgrade other components, including power IEC inlet, speaker post and other accessories. As surround sound technology continues to evolve, each input channel is equipped with an XLR/RCA switching function in order to ensure that this amplifier can serve customers' surround sound systems for years or even decades. With this capability, customers can replace their existing surround preamplifiers/processors with the latest generation models with more powerful DSP functions at any time. Therefore, it is no longer a difficult task to enjoy the latest immersive and realistic surround sound formats from Dolby, DTS, Auro-3D, etc. while maintaining the same sound quality. In addition, all of our MC Series cases are treated with an anti-fingerprint nano-coating that not only prevents fingerprints, but also adds a touch of sparkle to its appearance and provides better protection. Lastly, all of our amplifiers also employ a new symmetrical internal and rear panel layout to keep the internal wiring as short as possible.
